This is my second Forschner 6-inch curved flex blade boning knife, and it is a gift. The first is without doubt the best boning knife ever, and I have been using these curved Forschner blades since 1961 when I apprenticed. Fibrox is a great improvement over Rosewood in terms of comfort and safety. Highly recommended.
