As always Spyderco fit and finish is top notch. The V15 blade is razor sharp out of the box. The compression locking system is a step above everything. Simple one handed open and close as well as fidgetivity. Unfortunately many of my other knives just sit in the case because my Para 3’s are so nicely pocketed. As with all my Spyderco I “buff” the handles. By this I mean I get a small piece of 500 grit sandpaper (about 1” square), fold it in half then sand all the inside sharp edges of the scales. You can do this without disassembly if you fold the paper small enough. With 500 grit it shows no sand marks and is just like factory but without the hot spots on the grip. Just don’t do this to custom dyed scales because you will sand away color. Also some painters tape on the sharp end of blade helps to make the knife less slicey on fingers while sanding.
