MODIFIED Spyderco K390 Endela Knife - Acid Stonewash - Heat Color Hardware - Rit Dye Fade

Wanted an Endela (from recommendations) but couldn’t find one I really liked, till I found this one. Acid washed blade and pocket clip look great on this darker color faded handle, and the custom hardware (screws) really stand out. I’ll admit the blade action came stiffer than any of my other KP modified knives (4 so far) and is the only reason I didn’t give this review a full 5 stars. Hopefully that’ll loosen up with some use. But this is a really great looking Endela and far nicer than any stock model I’ve seen.

Beautiful blade and hardware 10 outa 10. Not a huge fan of the Endela however. Very thin scales and as nice of a color job as they did , frn is my least favorite material for scales. On a positive note the acid washed k390 blade is Stunning and razor sharp!! Over all I'd give it a 7 out 10

This is my second knife in K390, the first being an Endura without the acid wash. I really like the toughness of K390 and have not had any rust issues. For EDC I like the Endela better just because it's a little smaller. The K390 with the acid wash and heat color hardware looks awesome. The blade was super sharp. This customization by Knives Plus is excellent, I wish I had had it done to my Endura too.

Endela is a great knife from Spyderco made even better with K390 steel. What really makes this knife stand out is the customizations done by the KnivesPlus staff. Once in hand you really can see the quality craftsmanship. From the faded handle to the acid etch and stone washing. Everything is done to perfection. Personaly I'm a bit of a knife nut and have owned several over the years. This one definitely stands out.
