The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Steak Knife that features a 4 1/2" wavy blade with sharp tip made of high carbon stainless steel. The large handle of this paring knife is made of black nylon that is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved.
Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
