XIKAR Knives: XIKAR Cigar Cutters and Scissor Multi ToolXIKAR Knives-It all started in 1994 with a quest for a good cigar cutter: he couldn't find one, so he made one. Kurt Van Keppel and Scott Almsberger designed the Xi Cutter cigar cutter in 1996, assembled the prototypes in Kurt's garage in 1997, and made the first mass production run in 1998. The Cigar Cutter that started it all is an ingenious design. The Xi Cigar Cutter is handy, simple to operate and safe. An ergonomic spring-loaded body houses the stainless steel blades. Use the button release to pop it open, insert the cigar, and squeeze/snap it closed. The blades cuts cigars neatly and efficiently (up to a 52 ring gauge), and the unit locks shut after use. The XIKAR Cigar Cutter Multi-Tools fold into a compact triangle, and fit right onto your key ring. |
