The illustrated Tool Logic Knife is the Tool Logic SL Pro 2 Knife that features 4 handy functions in one. The SL Pro 2 Knife has a 3" part serrated drop point blade made of 420J2 stainless steel. The blade of this Tool Logic Knife has non reflective black titanium coat, top swedge, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, and an oval hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The 420J2 stainless steel handle frame, 3 7/8" closed, has black Zytel scales, a storage compartment for the removable LED light with Firesteel end, an emergency whistle, a frame lock and a lanyard hole. A removable metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Tool Logic Knife. The Tool Logic SL Pro 2 Knife has an overall open length of 6 7/8" and weighs 4.3 ounces.
To use the Firesteel: hold the knife securely with the blade closed. Hold the flashlight component in the other hand. Position the notches on the top of the blade at an angle to the Firesteel, and scrape along the Firesteel to throw sparks.
