All tools feature 420 stainless steel blades, full-tang construction and Kraton handles. Kit includes: 4 1/8" caping knife, 4" gutting knife, 4 5/16" skinning blade, 5 3/4" boning/fillet knife, 8 3/16" butcher knife, 7 1/2" bone saw, 5 1/2" ceramic steel, carbide sharpener, ribcage spreader and cleaning gloves. Also includes nylon roll pack with plastic knife scabbards.
