The illustrated Outdoor Life Knife Kit is the Outdoor Life Field, Fish, and Fowl Kit that includes a boning knife, a fillet knife, a guthook skinner and a bird and trout knife. The boning knife has a blade made of 420J2 stainless steel, full tang construction, with a triple riveted Bakelite handle. The fillet knife has a blade made of 420J2 stainless steel with contoured ABS handle and plastic sheath. The guthook skinner knife and the bird & trout knife have single piece 420J2 stainless steel construction, and come with a nylon sheath. The Outdoor Life Field, Fish, and Fowl Kit also includes game shears, tungsten carbide sharpener with non-slip rubber grip, 6 pairs of disposable field dressing gloves, Polyethylene cutting board, and a cut resistant cotton glove. All of the components of this Outdoor Life Knife Kit snap into an impact resist carrying case with slide lock.
