The illustrated TAK-1 Knife features a 4.25" part serrated drop point blade made of D2 steel, .1875" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade has a full flat grind, non-reflective bead blast finish, and notched thumb rest. The TAK-1 knife has full tang construction with Micarta handle slabs, and extended pommel with lanyard hole. The ambidextrous Cordura sheath has multiple lashing grommets. The TAK-1 Knife has an overall length of 10".
