Basic features of the Skeletool are as follows

Stainless Steel Clip Point/Sheepsfoot Hybrid Knife, combination plier head including Needlenose Pliers, Regular Pliers , Wire Cutters, and Hard-wire Cutter notch. The handle incorporates a Large Bit Driver, Bottle Opener Carabiner Clip, and pocket clip. It also includes inserted into the handles recesses: Phillips #1 and #2 Bit, Screwdriver 3/16" and 1/4" Bit.
