The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Kershaw Thistle Knife that features a 3.25" drop point blade made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has a stonewash finish, a notched thumb rest and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The GRN (glass reinforced nylon) handle, 4.4" closed, has the Kershaw K-Texture™ grip for secure purchase, and a liner lock with push button release. A side to side reversible steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Kershaw Knife. The Kershaw Thistle Knife has an overall open length of 7.65", and it weighs 4 ounces. The curved handle provides cutting leverage as well as offering an extremely comfortable grip on the knife. To further enhance grip, the Thistle's handle is embossed with Kershaw's exclusive K-Texture™. On the side of that handle, is the Thistle's push-button lock release. It makes it easier than ever to release the Thistle's secure liner lock and close the knife. Just push the button. The liner lock is released and the user can fold the blade closed while keeping fingers out of the way of the closing blade.
