Kershaw NRG, Designed by Lee WilliamsThe Kershaw NRG Knife is one of a new breed of easy open knives, designed by Lee Williams, that has his patent pending Pseunetic opening feature. The blade is deployed quickly and easily by pulling on the extended tang at the front of the spine. Each Kershaw NRG knife has a blade made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel for durability, hardness and corrosion resistance, and a textured gray G10 handle with dual liners, aggressively textured black Trac-Tec inserts for secure grip, a liner lock and a lanyard hole. An end to end reversible metal pocket clip is included with this Kershaw Knife. The NRG Kershaw knife is made in the USA. James Lee Williams lives in Texas City, Texas and has been making knives since November of 2001; working out of the small machine shop in his garage. He works for a major petrochemical company, but spends his off time working on knives. Mostly self taught, Lee Williams is the designer of a patent pending Pseunetic blade opening feature that has been incorporated into the Kershaw NRG knife. |
