The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Pure Komachi Tomato and Cheese Knife that features a 4" serrated blade made of high carbon stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has a notch at the tip that is perfect for spearing tomato slices, and a pale red color fluorinated resin coat that resists sticking and corrosion, and makes for quick and easy cleanup. The light red high tech resin handle has a comfortable ergonomic design. A counter top caddy is included. The Kershaw Pure Komachi Tomato and Cheese Knife has an overall length of 8 5/8". Made in Japan.
Hand washing and drying is recommended by the manufacturer. Wipe and keep dry after use to retain the high durability rust protection effect. Do not wash knife with a steel scourer or abrasive cleanser; doing so may damage the blade coating. Do not use to cut frozen food.
