The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Pure Komachi Santoku Kitchen Knife, a multi purpose knife, that features a 6 3/8" blade made of high carbon stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has a granton edge, and a lilac color fluorinated resin coat that resists sticking and corrosion, and makes for quick and easy cleanup. The light purple high tech resin handle has a comfortable ergonomic design, and a thermal stability of 110 degrees Centigrade. The Kershaw Pure Komachi Santoku Kitchen Knife with granton edge has an overall length of 11 1/8". Made in Japan.
Hand washing and drying is recommended by the manufacturer. Wipe and keep dry after use to retain the high durability rust protection effect. Do not wash knife with a steel scourer or abrasive cleanser; doing so may damage the blade coating. Do not use to cut frozen food.
