The illustrated Kershaw knife is the Kershaw Tyrade Knife, designed by Ken Onion, that features a 3 5/8" drop point blade made of a patent pending composite; with a spine of 154CM stainless steel that has been fused with a cutting edge of CPMD2 carbon steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has notched thumb rest for secure grip, ambidextrous Index Open System and SpeedSafe assist for ambidextrous one hand opening. The bronze color Zirconium Carbo-Nitride coated Titanium handle with black Carbon Fiber inlays, 5" closed, has a frame lock and a lanyard hole. A removable metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Kershaw knife. The Kershaw Tyrade knife has an overall length of 8 5/8" when open and weighs 6.7 ounces. Made in the USA.
