The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1615, designed by Ken Onion and Frank Centofante. The Model 1615 Centofante Onion Knife features a 2 1/4" Wharncliffe blade made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has dual thumb studs and SpeedSafe assist for ambidextrous one hand opening. The polished stainless steel handle with Tungsten DLC coat, 3 1/8" closed, has genuine Pearl inlays, Ken Onion and Frank Centofante signatures, a liner lock, and blade safety. A leather sheath with clip is included with this Kershaw knife. The Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1615 has an overall length of 5 3/8" when open, and weighs 2.4 ounces.
