The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1610, designed by Ken Onion and Frank Centofante. The Model 1610 Centofante Onion Knife features a 2 1/4" Wharncliffe blade made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has dual thumb studs and SpeedSafe assist for ambidextrous one hand opening. The reddish anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle, 3 1/8" closed, has a liner lock and blade safety. A metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Kershaw knife. The Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1610 has an overall length of 5 3/8" when open, and weighs 1.6 ounces.
