The illustrated Katz Knife is the Adventure Series Model A5 Katz Skinner that features a 3.125" skinning blade made of XT75 (440C Plus) stainless steel, 3mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this Katz knife has a 2" long notched thumb rest for secure grip. The Model A5 Adventure knife has full tang construction, Green Micarta handle scales, stainless steel bolster and a lined lanyard hole. A high quality genuine leather sheath is included with this Katz knife. The Adventure Series Model A5 Katz Skinner has an overall length of 7.25", and weighs 4.5 ounces without the sheath. Made in Spain.
