The illustrated Katz Knife is the Adventure Series Model A4 Katz Skinner that features a 4.25" skinning blade made of XT75 (440C Plus) stainless steel, 4.5mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this Katz knife has a 2" long notched thumb rest for secure grip. The Model A4 Adventure knife has full tang construction, Green Micarta handle scales, stainless steel bolster and a lined lanyard hole. A high quality genuine leather sheath is included with this Katz knife. The Adventure Series Model A4 Katz Skinner has an overall length of 8.75", and weighs 8 ounces without the sheath. Made in Spain.
