The illustrated Katz Knife is the Adventure Series 6 Katz Gut Hook Knife that features a 4.25" gut hook blade made of XT75 (440C Plus) stainless steel, 4.5mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this Katz knife has a notched thumb rest. This Adventure Series 6 knife has full tang construction with riveted genuine stag handle scales, stainless steel bolsters and a lined lanyard hole. A genuine leather sheath is included with this Katz knife. The Adventure Series 6 Katz Gut Hook Knife with Stag handle has an overall length of 9" and weighs 8 ounces.
All stag handles will vary in coloration and surface character, which is part of the uniqueness of natural handle materials.
