The illustrated Katz Knife is the Katz Alamo Bowie Knife that features a 10" swedged bowie blade made of XT75 (440C Plus) stainless steel, 6mm thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. This Alamo Bowie knife has full tang construction with riveted Cherrywood handle scales and a metal cross guard. A vegetable oil tanned leather sheath is included with this Katz knife. The Katz Alamo Bowie Knife with Cherrywood handle has an overall length of 14 7/8" and weighs 16.5 ounces.
