The illustrated KABAR knife kit is the KABAR K2 Rescue Kit that includes a rescue knife and a bit kit. The K2 Rescue knife features a 3 1/2" serrated rescue blade made of 440 stainless steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The blade of this KABAR knife has a non reflective matte finish and an oval hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The orange aluminum handle, 4 1/2" closed, has a one hand opening bit driver attachment, integral glass breaker, integral hex wrench, metal liners and a liner lock. A removable metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this KABAR knife. The KABAR K2 Rescue knife has an overall open length of 8". The K2 Rescue Kit includes a bit kit with nine drill bits, bit driver, bit holder and a black fabric carrying case that holds all of the components.
