The illustrated JA Henckels Sharpener is the Henckels Twinsharp Select Knife Sharpener. The Twinsharp Select Knife Sharpener features a set of steel wheels and a set of ceramic wheels that are housed in an attractive brushed metal frame with black synthetic accents. Use the set of steel wheels (marked Module I) for coarse sharpening, or presharpening of extremely dull knives. Use the set of ceramic wheels (marked Module II) for fine finishing of an edge, or for slight touch ups as needed. A black synthetic finger guard and a metal base with non slip feet are included with this Henckels Knife Sharpener. The Henckels Twinsharp Select Knife Sharpener measures 3 1/8" tall by 1 5/8" wide by 7 3/4" long. Made in Germany.
