The illustrated Henckels Four Star Block Set is the Henckels Four Star 7 Piece Block Set that includes four Henckels Four Star kitchen knives, a 9" sharpening steel, kitchen shears, and a hardwood block.
Each Four Star Kitchen Knife has a blade made of Friodur high carbon stainless steel, and a high impact polypropylene handle. The Four Star 7 Piece Block Set features a 3" Paring Knife, 5" Serrated Utility Knife, 5 1/2" Boning Knife and a 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife. The knives, steel, and shears store in the Henckels Hardwood Block.
