The Harley-Davidson Velocity Knife, designed by Fred Carter, is proudly made in the USA, and features the Accelerator assisted opening mechanism-also designed by Fred Carter. Just a push on the thumb disk engages the Accelerator-which takes over and finishes opening the blade into the fully locked position. The Velocity Knife has a 3 1/4" 440 stainless steel blade, 1/8" thick, with thumb disk for ambidextrous one hand opening, and Accelerator assist. The black hard anodized 6061T6 aircraft aluminum handle comes with polished billet aluminum grips, orange Harley-Davidson shield inlay, liner lock, lanyard hole, and stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the pivot end. Packaged in an aluminum storage case. The Harley-Davidson Velocity Knife is 4 3/8" closed.
