The illustrated Gerber Knife is the Gerber SB 2.5 Knife that features a 2.50" drop point blade made of high carbon stainless steel. The blade of this Gerber knife has a notched thumb rest and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The drilled black aluminum handle of this Gerber knife, 3.40" closed, has a liner lock and a lanyard hole; no pocket clip. The Gerber SB 2.5 Knife has an overall length of 5.80" when open, and weighs only 1.6 ounces.
