Gerber Knives: Gerber Icon Knife, Part Serrated, GB-67
The illustrated Gerber Knife is the Gerber Icon Knife that features a 4.15" part serrated drop point blade made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel. The blade of this Gerber knife has a black Titanium coated finish, a notched thumb ramp and dual checkered thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black aluminum handle, 5.25" closed, has open frame construction with metal spacers, textured tape inlays for secure grip, a liner lock and a lanyard hole. A black metal pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Gerber knife. The Gerber Icon Knife has an overall open length of 9.35", and weighs 5.1 ounces. Imported.
Editor's Note: the Icon samples that we looked at had very tight actions. They require more than what we would consider normal force to open and close.
