The illustrated Gerber Tool is the Gerber E-Z Spreader Tool. The Gerber E-Z Spreader Tool is a pivoting aircraft aluminum bar used to spread the brisket for field dressing. The E-Z Spreader Tool locks open, allowing better access to the abdomen area, and enabling fresh game meat to cool faster. A nylon sheath is included with this Gerber tool. The Gerber E-Z Spreader Tool is 6.73" closed, has an overall length of 12.44" when extended, and weighs 2.8 ounces.
