Gerber Knives: Gerber LMF II Knife, ASEK Version, GB-1400
The illustrated Gerber Knife was designed in collaboration with expert military instructor Frank Heyl. The ASEK Version of the Gerber LMF II Knife includes the LMF II Safety Knife. The Gerber LMF II Knife features a 4.84" part serrated drop point fixed blade made of 12C27 stainless steel. The blade of the Gerber LMF II Knife has a non reflective black finish. The nylon handle of this Gerber knife has a tan TPV overmold, a metal butt cap that is suitable for use as a hammer or glass punch, and lashing/lanyard holes for spear conversion option. A brown low profile composite belt sheath with integral sharpener, and a safety knife are included with this Gerber knife. The ASEK Version of the Gerber LMF II Knife has an overall length of 10.59", and weighs 11.4 ounces.
The Gerber LMF II Safety Knife features two blades for cutting through nylon straps or seat belts. The plastic frame of the Gerber safety knife has a lanyard hole.
