The Gerber Brush Thinner Machete is light and efficient. Great for clearing out brush and tree limbs in most any setting. The Brush Thinner Machete has a forged steel blade that is resistant to multiple impacts. The blade has a unique curved shape and a PATE (Teflon type) coating that reduces friction: minimizing effort and increasing efficiency. The lightweight handle is made of a reinforced polyamide composite for extra strength. The Gerber Brush Thinner Machete has an 8.75" curved blade with PATE (Teflon) coat and hanging hole. The polyamide handle is hollow, and it comes with a lanyard hole. The Brush Thinner has an overall length of 19.75", and it weighs 15.1 ounces.
