The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Bread Knife that features a 7" wavy blade with slant tip made of high carbon stainless steel with the Victorinox Eagle Crest logo etch. The Rosewood handle of this bread knife comes with polished aluminum rivets. Made in Portugal with Victorinox quality control.
Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
