Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
This Forschner Cleaver features a 7" by 2 1/2" stainless steel blade. The blade has Forschner, Victorinox and NSF logo etch, and a hanging hole. The handle is smooth black synthetic. This cleaver weighs 1 pound.
