Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
Boning knives can be used for a number of purposes, but Forschner recommends using a wide blade for chicken and pork. This Forschner Boning Knife features a 6" wide, semi-stiff, curved stainless steel blade with Forschner and Victorinox logo etch. The Rosewood handle comes with polished aluminum rivets.
