EZE-LAP has been the pioneer in the production of Diamond Sharpeners since the 1970's. EZE-LAP has a patented heat treatment process that bonds the highest quality industrial grade diamond particles in a stainless alloy, to a metal substrate. This process creates a surface that measures around 72 on the Rockwell hardness scale; and results in a Diamond sharpener that will work on high tech blade steels, as well as tool steel, and most ceramic, carbide, and hardened materials.
The EZE-LAP EZE-Fold Diamond Sharpener is a compact, portable diamond sharpener. Great for the glove box, backpack, or kitchen drawer. The EZE-Fold diamond sharpener has plastic wings that rotate open to form the handle, and rotate closed to protect the diamond surface. The EZE-Fold Combination Diamond Sharpener offers great value for the dollar: you get 2 grits in one double-sided sharpener. The sharpening areas measure 3/4" wide by 4" long; the model illustrated is the Super Fine/Medium Combo with silver handle.
