Columbia River Knife and Tool: CRKT Ashworth Turtle Knife, Pink, CR-5910P
The illustrated CRKT knife is the CRKT Ashworth Turtle Knife, a turtle shaped knife that can be used as a money clip, a pendant or a key fob, designed by Georgia custom knifemaker Boyd Ashworth. This Ashworth Turtle knife features a 1.00" spear point blade made of 420J2 stainless steel, .08" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 52-55. The blade of this CRKT knife has a polished finish and a notched blade tang for ambidextrous one hand opening. The contoured polished stainless steel handle, 2.00" closed, has a Pink Pearlescent CPL scale, a hidden chain holder and a frame lock. A polished stainless steel money clip and an extra Pink Pearlescent CPL scale are included with this CRKT knife. The CRKT Ashworth Turtle Knife with Pink Pearlescent CPL handle scales has an overall length of 3.00" when open, weighs 1.3 ounces with scales, and 1.6 ounces with the clip.
CPL is a tough, hard composite-similar to that used in modern bowling balls. Each inlay will have a unique pattern.
