The illustrated CRKT Knife is the Black CRKT Snap Fire Knife, designed by custom knife maker Ed Van Hoy. The Black CRKT Snap Fire Knife features a 2.375" part serrated modified drop point blade made of AUS8 stainless steel, .12" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 56-58. The blade of this CRKT Knife has a hole pattern and a non reflective black coat. The black anodized 7075 T6 aluminum handle, 3.875" closed, has titanium nitride coated stainless steel thumb wheels, skeletonized stainless steel blade guard, compression pivot slide lock with AutoLAWKS, and lanyard hole. A removable black stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this CRKT Knife. The Black CRKT Snap Fire Knife has an overall length of 6.25" and weighs 3.0 ounces.
