The illustrated CRKT Knife is the CRKT Snap Fire Knife, designed by custom knife maker Ed Van Hoy. The CRKT Snap Fire Knife features a 2.375" part serrated modified drop point blade made of AUS8 stainless steel, .12" thick. The blade of this CRKT Knife has a hole pattern and a non reflective bead blast finish. The gray anodized 7075 T6 aluminum handle, 3.875" closed, has spectral titanium nitride coated stainless steel thumb wheels, skeletonized stainless steel blade guard, compression pivot slide lock with blade safety, and lanyard hole. A removable stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end of this CRKT Knife. The CRKT Snap Fire Knife has an overall length of 6.25" and weighs 3.0 ounces.
