The illustrated Cold Steel knife is the Cold Steel Recon I knife that features a 4" spear point blade made of Japanese AUS8A stainless steel, 3.5mm thick. The blade of this Cold Steel knife has a non reflective black Tuff-Ex coat and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The finger grooved black G10 handle, 5 3/8" closed, has a notched thumb rest for secure grip, the Tri-Ad Lock and a lanyard hole. A removable black stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Cold Steel knife. The Cold Steel Recon I knife with plain edge spear point blade has an overall length of 9 3/8" when open, and it weighs 5.3 ounces.
