The illustrated Cold Steel Machete is the Cold Steel Sax Machete that features a 12" Wharncliff blade made of 1055 carbon steel, 3mm thick, with a tough spring temper and a black, baked on anti rust matte finish. The checkered black polypropylene handle of this Cold Steel machete has a curved pommel for secure grip, and a lined hanging hole. A Cordura sheath is included with this Cold Steel machete. The Cold Steel Sax Machete with 12" blade has an overall length of 17 5/8" and weighs 16.3 ounces.
