The illustrated Cold Steel Knife is the Cold Steel K4 Kitchen Knife that features a 4" Hocho style blade made of VG-1 stainless steel, 1.5mm thick. The blade of this Cold Steel Knife has a flat grind and a wide, thin cross section that makes it unparalled for slicing tomatoes wafer thin, and for cutting through vegetables and meat with virtually no resistance. The K4 Kitchen Knife has full tang construction; contoured, deeply checkered black Kraton handle for secure grip and a lanyard/hanging hole. A protective polypropylene storage sleeve is included with this Cold Steel Knife. The Cold Steel K4 Kitchen Knife has an overall length of 7 1/2" and weighs 2.2 ounces.
Please note: the Cold Steel K4 Kitchen Knife is not suitable for use on bone or frozen food.
