The Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken features single piece black polypropylene construction, with a 12" blade area, 3/4" thick, and a 6 1/4" long handle area with hand guard. The Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken has an overall length of 18 1/4", and weighs 9.2 ounces.
The Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken is a synthetic substitute for a traditional wood bokken. The Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken is made of the heaviest grade polypropylene available, and closely resembles a real O Tanto in length, size, weight, and feel. While not quite as rigid as wood, the Cold Steel O Tanto Bokken has the advantage of being virtually unbreakable, as well as remarkably stiff and cut resistant.
