The durable black polypropylene material of this Cold Steel bat will not rot, crack or splinter. The Brooklyn Smasher can be used as a regular bat, as a self defense tool, or as a cross over trainer to develop strength, agility and hand eye coordination for those studying Kendo, Kenjitsu, etc. The Cold Steel Brooklyn Smasher Bat is 2" thick at the handle and 2 3/16" thick at the tip; with an overall length of 34" and a weight of 2 pounds 7 ounces.
