The Kitchen Classics Steak Knife Set, from Cold Steel knives, features proven Cold Steel knives kitchen knife construction-with ice tempered flat ground blades, and deeply checkered Kraton handles molded over a stiff Zytel core. The Kraton handles provide a non-slip grip with wet or coated with food particles. The quality construction of the Cold Steel kitchen knives provides razor sharp edges for cutting, and soft handles with sure grip that will stand up to lots of use. The Cold Steel Knife Kitchen Classics Steak Knife Set includes 6 steak knives with 4 5/8" serrated blades, made of 4116 Krupp stainless steel that is 1/16" thick. The overall length of each of the steak knives is 8 5/8".
