The Chicago Cutlery 4 Piece Paring/Utility Set features four knives with stainless steel blades and contoured color coded plastic handles. The 4 Piece Set includes a Paring, Fruit/Vegetable, Sandwich Spreader, and Utility Knife.
The Parer has a 3 1/4" blade and red handle. This knife is used to peel and clean small fruits and vegetables, and is good for tasks requiring precise control.
The Fruit/Vegetable Knife has a 3 1/2" serrated blade and yellow handle. This knife is used to pierce the skin of fruits and vegetables, and is perfect for tomoatoes.
The Sandwich Spreader has a 4" serrated blade and green handle. This knife is used to spread peanut butter, etc. on bread, and the serrated edge allows for easy cutting of the bread afterwards.
The Utility Knife has a 4 1/2" blade and blue handle. This knife is used to carve small meats and slice vegetables.
