The blades have the Chicago Cutlery exclusive Taper Grind fine edge, that provides the sharpest edge out of the package and makes it easier to keep edges sharp over time. Full tang construction provides balance and strength, and the classically designed solid walnut handles have triple compression brass rivets for safety and stability.
The Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition 4 Piece Steak Knife Set includes four steak knives with 4 7/8" upswept blades, and solid walnut handle slabs attached with triple brass rivets for strength and safety. The handles are contoured in such a way that they fit the hand comfortably. The overall length of each steak knife is 10 1/8".
