The blades have the Chicago Cutlery exclusive Taper Grind fine edge, that provides the sharpest edge out of the package and makes it easier to keep edges sharp over time. Full tang construction provides balance and strength, and the classically designed solid walnut handles have triple compression brass rivets for safety and stability.

The illustrated Chicago Cutlery kitchen knife is the Boning-Utility Knife with 5" stainless steel blade, and walnut handle. Use the Chicago Cutlery Boning-Utility Knife to carve small meats; and for peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables. The blade has a pointed tip to help carve around bone.
