Chicago Cutlery Basics Steak Knives have extra thick stamped high carbon stainless steel blades with serrated cutting edges, and hardwood handles with triple compression brass rivets.
The Chicago Cutlery Kitchen Knife Basics 4 Piece Walnut Steakhouse Set includes four steak knives with oversized extra thick, stamped high carbon stainless steel blades. The 4 7/8" blades are partially serrated, with the serrations starting at mid-blade and going to the tip, for easy cutting. The steak knives have oversized solid walnut handle slabs attached with triple brass rivets for strength and safety. The handles are beefy, and are contoured in such a way that they fit the hand comfortably. The overall length of each steak knife is 10 1/8".
