The illustrated Case Knife is the Smooth Black G10 (MUSKRATSS) Case Muskrat Knife that features two long clip blades made of "as ground" Tru-Sharp surgical steel with nail nicks for opening. The Smooth Black G10 handle of this Case knife, 3 7/8" closed, has a nickel silver Case shield and nickel silver bolsters. The Case Muskrat Knife with Smooth Black G10 handle weighs 2.6 ounces. Made in the USA.
G-10 is a highly compressed epoxy resin and glass fiber composite. The resulting material is exceptionally strong, has thermal insulating properties, and is impervious to most chemicals.
Please Note: the "as ground" blade finish is not polished.
