The illustrated Case Knife is the Smooth Black G10 (101265LCSS) Case Mid Folding Hunter that features a locking clip blade made of Tru-Sharp surgical steel. The blade has an As Ground (unpolished) finish, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The Smooth Black G10 handle of this Case knife, 4" closed, has a nickel silver Case shield, nickel silver bolsters and a liner lock. A removable steel pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Case Knife. The Case Mid Folding Hunter with pocket clip and Smooth Black G10 handle weighs 3.7 ounces. Made in the USA.
G-10 is a highly compressed epoxy resin and glass fiber composite. The resulting material is exceptionally strong, has thermal insulating properties, and is impervious to most chemicals.
