The illustrated Case Knife is the Navy Blue Herringbone (678 3 1/2SS) Case Small Slabside Hunter that features a 3 1/2" fixed clip blade made of mirror polished Tru-Sharp surgical steel. The blade of this Case knife has a blood groove, and a notched thumb rest for secure grip. This Small Slabside Hunter has full tang construction with Herringbone Jigged Navy Blue handle slabs, a polished metal guard and a polished metal butt cap. A genuine leather sheath is included with this Case knife. The Case Small Slabside Hunter with Navy Blue Herringbone handle has an overall length of 7 1/4", and weighs 4.2 ounces.
Editor's note: Case has a problem hafting the handle to the Slab Side Hunters. If you turn the knife upside down and look at the back face of the guard, you will see buffing marks on the guard where the handle is fitted to the tang. All Slab Side Hunters have this marking; we consider it normal. Please do not order these items if this is a problem for you.
